THE MISSION
MINA Cluj is a large-scale immersive space with a strong in-house creative and production team.
The challenge wasn’t execution, but clarity: defining what the brand stands for, how it positions itself and how all future communication should be guided.
Our role was to build the strategic backbone of the brand, a framework that could be owned and implemented internally, consistently and long-term.
Building the concept
We led the brand strategy and positioning process, working closely with the MINA team to articulate the brand’s core idea, narrative, and cultural role.
Instead of focusing on visuals or campaigns, we defined:
the brand’s point of view
its positioning within the cultural and entertainment landscape
the principles that guide tone, communication, and decision-making
