THE MISSION
ON Festival started in Oradea with the ambition to create a large-scale, contemporary music experience at Oradea Arena.
Over 1–2 November 2024, the festival brought together 18 artists spanning multiple genres, from house and pop to trap, turning the arena into a meeting point for young audiences.
The challenge was to shape a clear, cohesive communication strategy that could support the lineup, drive ticket sales and deliver a consistent festival experience before, during, and after the event.

Building the concept
We built the communication around ON Festival as a shared urban moment, something that connects people through music.
Starting from strategy, we defined the festival’s narrative and translated it into:

On-site, we handled real-time communication and content, capturing the atmosphere at Oradea Arena and extending the experience beyond the physical space.

IMPRESSIVE RESULT
ON Festival 2024 positioned itself as a coherent, recognizable presence in Oradea’s cultural landscape.
The integrated strategy helped bring together a diverse audience and supported a strong lineup featuring artists such as Fedde le Grand, Irina Rimes, Azteca, Ian, Erika Isac, Nouă Unșpe, OG Eastbull, Rafoo, Alex Super Beats, alongside Albui, Apli, Bewitched, Crisstia, DJ Mă-ta, Kaya V, Magui, Robinski, and Vladimir.
By aligning strategy, design, content, and live communication, the festival became more than a program — it became a moment people experienced together.
