Who we are
NO PEANUTS SRL, a company registered in Romania, CUI RO40662074, Reg. Com. J2019000616122, with its office at Strada Emil Isac 2, Cluj-Napoca, Romania. We run the website nopeanuts.agency and we are the controller of the personal data described here.

What we collect
When you use the contact form
Name, email address, subject and the content of your message. This is the only data you actively give us on the site.
When you visit the site
Our hosting provider records standard server log data: IP address, date and time, the pages requested, the response code, the referring page and your browser user agent. These logs exist for security and troubleshooting.
If you accept marketing or analytics cookies, we also receive data about how you use the site through the tools listed in our Cookie Policy.
When you contact us directly
If you email us, message us on social media or meet us about a project, we keep what you send us so we can reply and, if it goes further, prepare a proposal.
Why we use it and on what basis
- To answer your enquiry and prepare a possible collaboration. Legal basis: steps taken at your request before entering a contract, or our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
- To keep the site secure and working. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in protecting the site from abuse.
- To measure how the site is used and to run advertising. Legal basis: your consent, given through the cookie banner. You can withdraw it at any time.
- To meet accounting and legal obligations if you become a client. Legal basis: legal obligation.
We do not sell your data. We do not use it to make automated decisions about you.
Who else sees it
We share data only with the providers we need to run the business:
- Our hosting provider, which stores the site and its server logs.
- Google, for analytics and tag management, if you accept those cookies.
- Meta, LinkedIn and TikTok, for advertising measurement, if you accept marketing cookies.
- Automattic, through the Akismet anti-spam service, which checks form submissions to filter out spam.
- Our email provider, accountants and, where necessary, our legal advisers.
Some of these providers are based outside the European Economic Area, mainly in the United States. Where that happens, transfers are covered by the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
How long we keep it
- Contact form messages and email enquiries: up to 3 years from the last contact, unless the conversation turns into a project.
- Client records and anything with an accounting trail: as long as Romanian law requires, generally 10 years.
- Server logs: usually a few weeks, depending on our host’s rotation.
- Analytics and advertising data: as set by each tool, listed in the Cookie Policy.
Your rights
Under the GDPR you can ask us to give you a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, restrict how we use it, or send it to another provider. You can object to processing based on legitimate interest, and you can withdraw consent for cookies at any time without affecting what happened before you withdrew it.

If you think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP, at dataprotection.ro, B-dul G-ral. Gheorghe Magheru 28-30, Sector 1, Bucharest.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS. Access to the admin area is limited, login attempts are throttled and the login URL is not the default one. No system is perfect, so if you send us something sensitive, tell us first.
Children
This site is aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If we change how we handle data, we update this page and change the date at the top.
