THE MISSION
Betfair wanted to create a dedicated moment for its top management team in Romania, away from day-to-day operations, focused on leadership and decision-making under pressure.
The goal was not a classic corporate offsite, but a meaningful experience that could open real conversations and share challenges.
Building the concept
We designed the event, combining strategic workshops with inspiration rooted in real performance.
The centerpiece of the day was a talk with Andrei Pavel, former Romanian professional tennis player, who spoke about:
handling pressure in decisive moments
focus and mental resilience
making the right choices when there’s no room for hesitation
His perspective from high-level sport created a powerful parallel with leadership in business, where performance, responsibility and pressure often intersect.
