Brand Experiences & Employer Branding

A brand is felt, not read

We come from events, where communication had to work for 50,000+ people a day.

What events taught us

You learn pretty fast that a brand isn’t what’s on the poster. It’s how it feels to be the person queuing for the toilets at one in the morning.

We still look at things that way. At a festival we’re checking the flooring, the fencing, the signage or the program. Four days, a lot of people, nothing you can fix afterwards.

Employer branding is not a video

Most companies treat it like one. Book a crew, film four people saying they love the culture, put it on LinkedIn, wonder why nothing changed.

Employer branding is what a candidate feels from the job ad to their first week and what your own people say about you on a Friday night. Film is part of it. Usually not the first part.

What’s actually in it

Employer positioning

What you offer that’s genuinely different, in normal words. Not “young team” and “dynamic environment”, which nobody has ever picked a job for.

Internal communication

The gap between what leadership thinks is happening and what the floor thinks is happening. Closing it does more for retention than any campaign.

Recruitment campaigns

Targeted and measured, run like performance work rather than posted and hoped for.

Events and activations

Open days, internal launches, the moments people actually want to show up to.

Content

Your own people, filmed for real, saying specific things. No actors, no stock, no copy approved by three departments.

We’ve done this with ING Hubs, Fortech, Evozon and Bitstone.

What a project looks like

  1. Diagnosis

Why people leave, why they join, what they say in exit interviews, what managers think versus what teams think. Without this we’re just making nice adverts.

  2. Positioning

The employer proposition, written so it still works said out loud.

  3. Internal first

If the people inside don’t recognise the story, nobody outside will buy it.

  4. Production and campaign

Film, photo, materials, then distribution where the candidates actually are.

Brand experiences

Brand activations, concept and execution. Brand events and launches. Corporate events. Experience strategy for spaces, venues and festivals.

Same question every time: what does someone feel while they’re standing in it.

Questions

Do you only do the filming?

No and that’s usually the mistake. Film without positioning and internal work is an expensive way to say nothing.

Do you run the event too or just the communication?

We do concept and experience strategy. Production we coordinate with partners.

Do you work with companies in Bucharest?

Yes. Office is in Cluj, we work across the country.

How long does a project take?

Diagnosis and positioning, about a month. After that it runs like any other campaign.

Will our people actually be comfortable on camera?

Usually not on day one. That’s the job and it’s why we shoot with real crews rather than a phone.
