THE MISSION
Halloween in Cetate is a family-friendly festival set in the historic Sighișoara Fortress.
The challenge was to create a Halloween experience that felt playful without slipping into horror clichés, something that worked for kids and parents alike.

Building the concept
We built the festival’s visual identity and communication system from scratch, inspired by the contrast between the medieval fortress and the playful spirit of Halloween.
The direction turned the citadel into a story-driven environment rather than a themed decor exercise.
We handled the full visual language, from identity to on-site execution, ensuring consistency across communication materials and live content.
