FORM isn’t just a brand. It’s a city ecosystem — two spaces, one identity, thousands of people moving through them every week.
FORM Space is Cluj’s biggest and most successful club, with nearly 1,000 people attending each event and a weekly lineup that runs like a festival calendar: 6–8 parties, international names, local legends, and a community that fills the room before the lights even hit the stage.
FORM Café is the everyday heartbeat — a place for food, coffee, drinks, meetings, and occasional parties. A spot where the city flows in and out, all day, every day.
The FORM Family needed direction — a clear communication system that keeps up with their pace, aligns all touchpoints, and turns constant activity into a cohesive brand presence.

Building the concept
We built a full brand management system — smart, structured, and flexible enough to handle the speed of 6–8 events every single week.
For FORM Space, we ensured the visuals, tone, announcements, and campaigns all follow one direction: bold, fast, unmistakably premium. Events move fast, but the brand stays consistent.
For FORM Café, the communication is warmer and more human — focused on food, daily culture, community, and atmosphere. One family, two distinct moods, one consistent identity.
We oversee everything that goes out, coordinate marketing actions, shape campaigns, and keep all communication aligned — from tickets and event visuals to social content and cross-promotion between the two spaces.
