Ticket Sales Campaigns

Let us show you how we sold out events

We’ve promoted 100+ concerts, festivals and events. We don’t do reach, we do tickets.

Why funnel ads suit events

An event has one deadline and no second chance. That changes how the advertising has to work.

Most event promotion is awareness, push the poster at as many people as possible and hope enough of them buy. It spends the budget early and tells you nothing about who was actually going to come.

We build a funnel instead. Wide at the top with content that makes people curious, then narrowing by behaviour: who watched, who clicked, who visited the ticket page and didn’t buy. Each group gets a different message at a different moment.

The last wave costs the least and sells the most, because by then we’re only talking to people who already showed they wanted to come.

The numbers

100+events and festivals promoted
200,000+tickets sold through our campaigns
60%sold out before opening day
+15%average increase in ticket sales

Richard Clayderman

1,000+ tickets sold, on 25% less media spend

A tighter funnel meant we stopped paying to reach people who were never going to buy.

Georgiana Lobonț

140% increase in ticket sales

Content built around the audience that was already showing up, then retargeted properly.

Jazz in the Park

Buying decision shortened to one month

People stopped waiting until the last week. Retargeting closed the gap between hearing about it and holding a ticket.

Some ground rules

It takes a minimum of two weeks to see results

Campaigns need a few days to leave learning and find the right audiences. Anything shorter and you’re paying for guesswork.

One to three months is what we’d recommend

A month gives room for a proper announce, a final push and time to correct what isn’t working before it matters.

Lots of content means lots of results

Events live on material. More angles, more faces, more moments means more to test and more reasons for someone to stop scrolling. Thin content caps the result no matter what the budget is.

How a campaign runs

  1. Announce

Wide, curiosity-led. We find out who reacts and build the audiences everything else depends on.

  2. Early wave

Retarget the people who engaged. Early tickets are the cheapest ones you’ll ever sell.

  3. The middle

The hardest stretch. Content keeps the event alive while we test angles and lineups against real behaviour.

  4. Final push

Tight audiences, urgency, the people who already looked at the ticket page. This is where the sell-out happens.

  5. Day of

Last-minute buyers are real. We keep something running for them.

Questions

How soon before the event should we start?

One to three months is the recommendation. Two weeks is the minimum for anything to work at all.

Who have you worked with before?

Electric Castle, Untold, Jazz in the Park, Sports Festival, Empire of the Sun, Richard Clayderman, Boney M, C.C. Catch, Kraftwerk, Ovidiu Lipan Țăndărică, Georgiana Lobonț, Vlăduța Lupău and many others.

Do you handle the ticketing too?

No. We work alongside whatever platform you’re on, including Entertix and bilete.ro and we can help you have those conversations.

Is the media budget separate?

Yes. It’s separate and it’s yours, the ad account stays in your name.

What if the event doesn’t sell?

Then we tell you why, honestly and usually we could see it coming. Line-up, pricing and timing do more work than advertising does.

Do you work outside Cluj?

Yes. Across the country.
