Most companies treat it like one. Book a crew, film four people saying they love the culture, put it on LinkedIn, wonder why nothing changed.<\/p>\n

Employer branding is what a candidate feels from the job ad to their first week and what your own people say about you on a Friday night. Film is part of it. Usually not the first part.<\/p>\n <\/div>\n <\/div>\n
